Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen: A Delightful American Eatery for Breakfast and Brunch

Baker's Crust is a local restaurant known for its delicious bread among other things. I've eaten here a few times and have had a great meal every time. My favorite dish so far is the smash burger and a close second is the seafood pasta. Be sure to try items from the bruch menu also. This restaurant has a nice vibe and is the perfect place to take a break from your full day of shopping in Hilltop.

I ordered catering from Baker’s Crust in Hilltop for my 30th birthday celebration. I was looking for catering for around 20-25 people for a garden dinner and discovered that Baker’s Crust offered catering. I was familiar with their restaurants, but I wasn’t aware that they offered catering. Despite a lack of catering reviews, I decided to go for it as the food sounded great and the pricing was fair. Communicate was relatively smooth (aside from a hiccup with the delivery instructions) and the food was arrived exactly on time. Their menu says most meals served up to 12 people. We ordered their artichoke chicken, pork chops, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies and a few of their appetizers. The portions were large, presented beautifully and tasted amazing! I would recommend their catering to anyone looking to host a larger event!!

I can't say enough good things about bakers crust. The food was phenomenal and our server Alyanna was fantastic from start to finish. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she helped us choose the perfect appetizers and drinks. Alyanna was prompt with our orders and ensured everything was to our liking. What really stood out was her genuine enthusiasm and positive energy, which made our dining experience so enjoyable. Plus, she went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary cinnamon roll which was the perfect sweet treat to end the night!

Perfect spot for brunch! Great vibe, tasty food, and the unlimited mimosas made it the perfect weekend treat. Fast and friendly service — definitely coming back.

Great service and food. Pricy for lunch. 2 salads with chicken and 1 tea 1 water $60. Food is locally sourced, but beef is imported. Waitress was SUPER nice. Gifted tomato soup and chips on our first visit. Nice surprise. Soup was very good!

We had such a wonderful experience at Baker’s Crust, and it was truly made exceptional by the staff, especially Cheyanne and Kasey. I went with my friend Stephanie, and we both couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. McKenna was also very sweet, which made the experience even better. Cheyanne, our server, was absolutely amazing. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. She checked in at all the right times, had great menu knowledge, and brought such positive energy to the table that it elevated the entire meal. She even shared the perfect insider tip: if you bring the Cinnabons home, heat them up for 45 seconds. Absolute perfection. Kasey, the manager, was just as impressive. She runs the place with so much care and professionalism, stopping by to make sure everything was perfect and creating an environment that feels both polished and friendly. You can tell the team reflects her leadership. The service was seamless and thoughtful throughout. The food was also fantastic. The tomato and cheese soup was so good. Rich, comforting, and flavorful, yet surprisingly light and low calorie, which we loved. The Hops and Haddock sandwich was another standout. Perfectly done, satisfying, and delicious. And the Cinnabons are truly to die for, especially when warmed up per Cheyanne’s expert recommendation. All in all, this was a standout experience, largely thanks to Cheyanne, Kasey, and McKenna. They are the kind of staff that make you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend Baker’s Crust, and if you are lucky enough to be taken care of by this team, you are in for an unforgettable meal and experience.

There was wait, but we were quickly seated. Because everything is being sanitized (as it should) the seats were wet. We mentioned the table and seats were wet and were given napkins to wipe it down. Hostess did not offer another table to us nor offer to have someone complete the job of drying the table and seats. Food came out quick. Looked delicious, tasted delicious. Though the food can out incorrectly, even after the server confirmed our order. Server was very knowledgeable in the menu. She seemed to rush through everything not allowing time for us to ask questions. When we were able to ask her questions, she was great with her descriptions of menu items. She had to come back to confirm one of the orders, didn’t write anything down, and forgot a bar drink completely. Didn’t have to ask for fountain drink refills. Price is a little high for us. Maybe a treat to go to every so often. Update: Server brought check and noticed the missing bar drink. She apologized and brought a free dessert. Very nice to hear and for her to do.

Baker’s Crust is always a safe choice! Service is friendly and attentive, the menu is diverse, and the food and drinks are tasty. I had only ever been to the location in Landstown for dinner, but I had the pleasure of going to the Hilltop location for brunch. I ordered the shakshouka, with no knowledge of the dish, and I was so pleasantly surprised. Absolutely delicious! The booths are good, but the main dining area/tables aren’t the most ergonomic. I am grateful for the amount of gluten-free and dietary restriction-friendly items on the menu, as it makes Baker’s Crust a fan favorite with options for all.
